Summer BBQ

Hello Everyone!

Exams are finally over and it's time to relax. It is also time for the Sci-fi and Roleplay Summer BBQ!
This is always a lot of fun and a great chance to get together with friends. This year it's hosted by myself and Dave, and as usual the societies will pay for the food.

The BBQ takes place straight after the lunchtime meeting on Wednesday.
We'll be in the Rosa Parkes room as usual, and will leave for the BBQ sometime after 2pm.
If you would like to come along later in the afternoon reply to this email before Wednesday and I'll send directions.

Basic soft drinks are available but I recommend bringing your own drink along. Rob has offered to run people over to a near by off licence if necessary.

If you have any dietary issues please let us know in advance. We're already providing vegetarian and gluten-free options and are happy to cater for people as long as we know what they need.

There's no evening event on Wednesday, but Friday lunchtime will be 1-2pm in Rosa Parkes as normal.
